Dear Parents and Staff and Pupils
Christmas Fayre Round Up
What a resounding success! We’d like to say a big Thank You to everyone who helped and gave up their time to make the evening such a great event; and Thank You to all those who came along and enjoyed the fun and games. With ‘Matched Giving’ from a Company that one of the parents works for we will have raised over £2,500 – what a way to kick off Christmas! (Does your company do the same? If so please contact us; every penny helps.)

Diary Dates – 2009
School Disco – Friday 6th February. Times TBA:
After discussions we will be reintroducing the School Disco. This is last chance opportunity so everyone will need to be on their best behaviour. More information will come out early next year but a possibility is that there will be a parents room where you will stay (tea and coffee available!) so that there is a responsible adult for the children attending. Also we will need lots of supervisors on the night so please contact either Pippa or Nicky.
Breaking News ... THE BRIDGETOWN BALL ...
..will be going ahead, however we have postponed it until May 9th. We felt that it was too much to ask for deposits straight after Christmas (given the credit crunch and all that!) so we are giving you time to save up for this Fabulous event. It will be fantastically supported by our own local band ‘The Iguanas’ – who have played at many events and balls and are becoming very popular; we were lucky to get them. There are limited tickets but you will be given plenty of notice as to when they will be on sale.
Family Bingo Night – March, details TBC.
